The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all company services.

Job Summary

The Customer Relations Officers will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all company services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line customer support via phone, email, live chat, ticketing systems, and social media.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, account setup, and service usage.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams and follow through to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
  • Support customer retention and service renewal initiatives.
  • Educate customers on company services, including hosting, domains, and IT solutions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  • Basic understanding of web hosting, domains, or IT services is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service (preferably in IT or telecom), or with helpdesk or ticketing systems, will be a plus.
